Frequently Asked Questions

View the answers to common questions below, and reach out if anything else comes to mind.

Do I need to bring my own gloves and straps?

If you have your own gear, feel free to bring it along! However, we provide hand wraps, gloves, and shin guards for everyone. The only things you need to bring are comfortable workout clothes (you’ll be sweating a lot!) and a towel. We’ll take care of the rest.

We have a small tap of purified water, thanks to Cham Chi, but we strongly recommend bringing your own water bottle. Hydration is crucial, especially in the hotter months.

Since purified water in Southeast Asia lacks essential minerals, we also suggest adding electrolytes to stay properly hydrated after an intense workout.

If you need to grab a drink, there’s a local shop and a Winmart just a few meters away, where you can find water and isotonic drinks like Pocari Sweat or Aquarius.

Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels, and we tailor exercises to suit beginners as well as more experienced fighters. For paired drills, we’ll match you with someone of a similar level or weight. If you’d prefer to ease into training with a private session, you can book a one-on-one session with a trainer or train with a friend.

Either way, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable and supported.
